What is job guaranteed course about?

LSTEP Program: is a flagship offering of Logic Systems. It is a Job Enabling program, where in candidates are trained on intensive technical skills and given an opportunity to work in the company’s live ongoing projects as being part of the team on a contract basis.


Logic Systems undertakes projects in Software Integration & IT enabled services.

 

What happens after completion of the IT training?

At the end of the tenure, the candidate may have his contract extended, based on his performance appraisal by the project lead and company requirement at that point.
Our placement cell will also be happy to extend support in placing the candidates (who are now, not fresher but experienced, since they have worked on the projects).

Apptitude Test

Once the candidate walks-in to the centre we undertake aptitude test & written test (.net/java). The candidate needs to pass the test to enroll the program
